Timothy is an experienced litigator and advocate. He is passionate about appellate work and the writing and oral argument required to be successful in that area.
Throughout his over 20-year legal career, Timothy has sought outside-the-box solutions for his clients in numerous practice areas. He has appeared for immigrants facing deportation, represented businesses in liquor license and transactional matters, handled hundreds of family law cases, represented defendants accused of crimes, and handled numerous civil and personal injury actions.
Timothy is at the nexus of every firm at which he has worked. He looks to mentor younger legal professionals and create a network of colleagues. He seeks to replicate his own mentor and be someone that the legal community views as the standard for a professional.
Timothy has lived in Maryland his entire life, growing up in Baltimore County. He attended the University of South Carolina for his undergraduate degree in finance before matriculating at the University of Maryland for law school.
In his free time, Timothy has a strong interest in history and travel. He wishes to one day visit all fifty states and at least six of the seven continents. His biggest bucket list item is to visit all of the presidential gravesites and all of the major league baseball stadiums.
